don’t take it personally.
It’s stuff. Your stuff, my stuff, other’s stuff coming up from the dark and dancing around in our field of vision. It will pass once its had its time in the sun. Just don’t attach yourself to it and be kind to yourself, and kind to others when you can.
Until then steady as she goes. Quite literally. Stay steady, keep going.
