I was able to ramp up the physical activity today so no repercussions from yesterday’s surge. No astrology or crystal work activity apart from my own meditation in the morning as today was a day for summer beer gardens connecting with friends, eating, celebrating someone’s good news and talking a fair bit of nonsense.
A happy sociable day. And after a few days of being stuck indoors one for me to eagerly embrace and appreciate. Even if it was south of the river…
